Application of the Closed Loop Quality Management in Product Reliability

研制产品的可靠性是影响产品质量的关键因素之一,通过实施合理的可靠性试验可以有效地改善产品的可靠性水平。针对某型天线可靠性试验中,发生U型架断裂、分机管理模块的过渡板和U型架侧臂松脱的质量问题,对其进行了深入分析,通过实施质量问题归零工作,把看似毫无关联的两个故障“并案侦查”,进而查明了问题原因,发现了设计隐患,采取了综合改进措施,提高了产品可靠性。

The reliability of products developed is one of the key factors affecting the quality.The level of product reliability can be effectively improved by implementing reasonable reliability test.For the quality problems of the U-shape frame fracture and the loose between the transition plate of the extension management modules and the side of the U-shape frames,in the reliability test of an antenna,the in-depth analysis is carried out.Through the implementation of the quality problem zeroing work,the two seemingly unrelated faults are investigated together,and then the cause of the problem is found out,and the hidden design problems are found,and comprehensive improvement measures are taken,which improves the reliability of products.
