交旅融合背景下G217独库公路风景道规划技术研究

摘要 交通与旅游融合发展是新疆维吾尔自治区交通强国建设试点任务之一,本文以“交通+旅游”新发展理念为主线,依托G217独库公路交旅融合试点项目,重点分析旅游交通量时空特征及道路服务水平,计算G217独库公路旅游环境容量,提出交旅融合空间规划和功能规划方法,从公路主体、沿线服务设施、慢行系统、构筑物、交旅标识系统等多个方面积极探索风景道建设创新模式,基于新媒体技术制定了独库公路三维导览系统和科普信息平台。最终打造出可推广、可复制的独库交通量分析及风景道规划技术“样板”,创新了交旅融合背景下风景道规划技术方法,为新疆交旅融合工作开展提供决策参考。 The integrated development of transportation and tourism is one of the pilot tasks of Xinjiang’s construction of a powerful transportation country.This paper takes the new development concept of“transportation+tourism”as the main line,relying on the pilot project of G217 Duku highway traffic and tourism integration,focuses on the analysis of the space-time characteristics of tourism traffic volume and road service level,calculates the tourism environmental capacity of G217 Duku highway,and proposes the spatial planning and functional planning method of traffic and tourism integration,from the main body of the highway,service facilities along the line The slow-moving system,structures,traffic and tourism identification system and other aspects actively explore the innovative mode of scenic road construction,and based on new media technology,the Duku Highway 3D navigation system and popular science information platform have been developed.Finally,the“model”of traffic volume analysis and scenic road planning technology in a single database that can be popularized and replicated was created,and the technical methods of scenic road planning under the background of traffic and tourism integration were innovated,providing decision-making reference for the development of traffic and tourism integration in Xinjiang.
