交通运输行业水平评价类技能人员现状调查分析

Current situation investigation and analysis on theskilled workers of level evaluation in transportation

2020年底,交通运输行业涉及水平评价类的起重装卸操作工、筑路工、桥隧工、汽车维修工、机动车检测工、机动车驾驶教练员和工程测量员等7个工种退出《国家职业资格目录》,国家将推行社会化职业技能等级认定。文章以江西省交通运输行业为例,通过调研水平评价类技能人员现状,对其从业人员数量、性别结构、年龄结构、学历结构和职业类证书持有情况等基本信息进行统计,并对其日均工作时间、月平均工资、社会保障、职业培训、工作满意度和工作稳定性等职业发展情况进行分析,为江西省交通运输行业在水平评价类职业资格退出国家职业资格目录后,做好技能人员评价工作提供参考依据。

In 2020,seven types of work involving level evaluation(including crane operators,road builders,bridge and tunnel workers,automobile maintenance workers,motor vehicle detection workers,motor vehicle driving coaches and engineering surveyors,etc.)in the transportation industry withdrew from the National Vocational Qualification Catalog,to promote the recognition of socialized vocational skill levels.Taking the transportation industry in Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper makes a survey on the current situation of relevant workers including the number of employees,gender structure,age structure,education structure,occupation certificates and other basic information.Based on the above,further analysis of career development on the daily average working hours,monthly average wages,social security,vocational training,job satisfaction and job stability is performed.The results provide a reference for the evaluation of skilled personnel in the transportation industry,after the withdrawal of the level evaluation professional qualification.
