摘要
随着青海省公路建设的不断发展,不少新建项目地处高海拔、气候寒冷的高原腹地。由于高原腹地气候复杂,人烟稀少,在高海拔寒冷地区建设隧道面临诸多技术问题,其中隧道衬砌保温防冻不仅影响隧道建设的工程质量,还进一步影响隧道在公路运营过程的安全。隧道冻害影响范围广、程度大,冻害可导致隧道混凝土结构发生破坏,进而可导致严重的交通事故。依托国道G569曼德拉至大通公路老营庄隧道,通过分析隧道冻害产生的原因,以及目前国内寒区隧道主要的保温防冻技术,进而提出老营庄隧道衬砌保温层设计与施工方法。基于工程的实践应用,总结隧道衬砌保温防冻及防排水的设置方法及工艺流程,为类似工程提供技术参考。
With the continuous development of highway construction in Qinghai Province,many new projects are located in the highland hinterland with high altitude and cold climate.Due to the complex climate and sparsely populated plateau hinterland,tunnel construction in high altitude cold areas is faced with many technical problems,among which,tunnel lining insulation and anti-freezing not only affect the quality of tunnel construction,but also further affect the safety of tunnel in highway operation process.The freezing damage has a wide range and a large degree.What's more,the freezing damage can damage the concrete structure of the tunnel,especially lead to serious traffic accidents in the operation process.Based on the national road G569 Mandera-Datong highway Laoyingzhuang tunnel,through the analysis of the causes of tunnel freezing damage and the main domestic cold area tunnel insulation technology,and then put forward the tunnel lining insulation layer design and construction methods.Therefore,by relying on the practical application of the project,this paper summarizes the setting methods and technological processes of how to carry out reasonable insulation and anti-freezing and anti-drainage of the tunnel lining,and provides technical reference for similar projects.
