正流量液压挖掘机回转系统节能控制

摘要 针对徐工某中型正流量挖掘机回转系统存在的较大溢流损失,设计了一种减小能量损失的节能控制方法。首先建立挖掘机回转系统关键部件模型;其次基于趋近律设计滑模控制器,根据模糊规则确定趋近律参数;最后根据马达溢流阀压力改变泵排量,以实现泵输出流量对压力的快速响应,从而实现节能降耗的目的。经仿真分析,较挖掘机传统的开环控制与PID控制,采用模糊滑模控制下的泵输出流量明显减少,且马达转速较前两种算法变化不大,不会降低回转作业效率,可知设计的算法有效。 In view of the large overflow loss in the rotary system of a medium-sized positive flow excavator of XCMG,an energy-saving control method to reduce energy loss is designed.Firstly,the model of the key components of the excavator rotary system is established,secondly,the sliding mode controller is designed based on the proximity law,the parameters of the approach law are determined according to the fuzzy rules,and finally the pump displacement is changed according to the pressure of the motor relief valve to achieve the rapid response of the pump output flow to the pressure,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.After simulation analysis,compared with the traditional open-loop control and PID control of the excavator,the pump output flow under the fuzzy sliding mode control is significantly reduced,and the motor speed does not change much compared with the previous two algorithms,which will not reduce the efficiency of the rotary operation,and it can be seen that the designed algorithm is effective.
