摘要
本文以疏勒河自然资源确权登记试点项目为研究对象,基于无人机倾斜摄影、实景三维、三维GIS等技术,从数据获取、数据库建设、平台设计与功能实现等方面研究自然资源三维时空信息平台建设方法,探索出一套水流自然资源三维时空信息平台建设的技术路线与作业流程,为统一行使所有国土空间用途管制和生态保护修复职责提供三维基础地理信息数据支撑。研究结果可为同类项目的实施提供技术参考。
Based on the research object of Shule River natural resources rights confirmation and registration pilot project,this paper studies the construction method of natural resources 3D spatiotemporal information platform from the aspects of data acquisition,database construction,platform design and function realization based on UAV oblique photography,3D real scene,3D GIS and other technologies.Explored a set of technical routes and operational processes for the construction of a 3D spatiotemporal information platform for stream natural resources,and provided 3D basic geographic information data support for the unified exercise of all territorial space use control and ecological protection and restoration responsibilities.The research results can provide technical reference for the implementation of similar projects.
