摘要
为了研究高压输水管道在加压直至爆破过程中的变形情况,本文基于数字工业摄影测量系统和变形监测的基本理论,建立高压管道加压爆破试验变形监测网,以获取其各部位在水压爆破试验中高精度、短时隔的整体变形量。试验过程中准确完整地得到了在水压2 Mpa、6.75 Mpa及46.3 MPa爆破时管道各部位的变形量,并详细表示了爆破位置的裂缝长度、凸起和凹陷情况。该试验方案完善了数字工业摄影测量系统在钢岔管乃至水工金属结构变形测量理论,具有较高的工程应用价值与理论研究意义。
In order to study the deformation of high pressure water pipeline in the process of pressurization and blasting,this paper is based on the basic theory of digital industrial photogrammetry system and deformation monitoring,and establishes a deformation monitoring network for high pressure pipeline pressure blasting tests to obtain the high precision and short term overall deformation of each part in the water pressure blasting test.During the test,the deformation of each part of the pipeline under the blasting pressure of 2 Mpa,6.75 Mpa and 46.3 Mpa is obtained accurately and completely.In addition,the length of the crack,the bulge and the depression of the blasting position are expressed in detail.The test scheme improves the theory of digital industrial photogrammetry system in steel bifurcation pipe and hydraulic metal structure deformation measurement,and has high engineering application value and theoretical research significance.
