摘要
碳酸二甲酯(DMC)作为一种新型绿色化工产品,需求量逐年增大。DMC在生产过程中会与甲醇(MeOH)形成共沸物,通过简单、廉价和低能耗的方法从甲醇混合物中有效分离,是实现DMC高效利用的重要手段。本文综述了DMC/MeOH共沸物分离的研究现状,对不同的分离方法,包括萃取精馏、变压精馏、共沸精馏及膜分离等进行比较和分析,对DMC/MeOH分离技术做出了展望,旨在为该技术的工业应用提供理论指导。
As a new type of green chemical product,dimethyl carbonate(DMC)has an increasing demand year by year.DMC will form an azeotrope with methanol(MeOH)during the production process.Effective sepa-ration of DMC from methanol mixture by simple,cheap and low-energy methods is an important means to real-ize the efficient utilization of DMC.The paper summarized the research status of DMC/MeOH azeotrope separa-tion,compared and analyzed different separation methods,including extractive distllation,pressure swing distillation,azeotropic distillation and membrane separation,made a prospect of DMC/MeOH separation tech-nology,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the industrial application of this technology.
