摘要
对马钢1号高炉区域热负荷监测及应用进行了总结。在高度方向上,1号高炉本体划分为炉缸、炉腹、炉腰、炉身下部、炉身中部、炉身上部,分别在周向以1号铁口中心线方向为0°,每45°分为一个区,形成矩阵式的区域热负荷监测;另外,对风口带和铁口进行重点热负荷监测,分为6个风口区和3个铁口区。通过加强区域热负荷监测的应用,改善了炉缸状况,优化了操作炉型,炉腹部分热负荷升高接受了更大的炉腹煤气量,炉身中部各区域热负荷趋于稳定、均匀,高炉技术经济指标得到明显提升。
The local heat load monitoring technology and its application in Masteel No.1 BF are summarized.The furnace body is divided into hearth,bosh,belly,stack lower part,middle part and upper part vertically,and it is,circumstantially,divided by every 45°with the center line of No.1 taphole as 0°to form a local heat load monitoring matrix.Additionally,the key heat load monitoring part falls on the tuyere area and taphole,which is divided to 6 tuyere areas and 3 taphole areas.The application of local heat load monitoring technology improves the hearth condition,and enables the operating profile opti-mized.Increase of the heat load in the bosh allows higher amount of gas volume in bosh.As a result,the heat load of differ-ent areas of stack middle part becomes stable and uniform,and the techno-economics indicators of the furnace improves greatly.
