Comparison of the Ternary Formula Structure of Daily-use Porcelain High-white-clay Body and the Raw Material Formula of Longyan Series

从产品性能,经济效益和社会效益上,日用瓷高白泥坯体使用龙岩高岭土系列原料产品(龙岩高岭土-龙岩高岭土原矿-龙岩瓷石-石英-氧化铝-长石)的多元配方结构与传统三元配方结构(高岭土-石英-长石)进行比较。研究发现两种配方结构的区别与优劣,但龙岩产品系列(龙岩高岭土-龙岩高岭土原矿-龙岩瓷石-石英-氧化铝-长石)的配方结构有着更好的优势。

In terms of product performance,economic benefi ts,and social benefi ts,the daily-use porcelain high-white-clay body uses a multi-component formula of Longyan kaolin series raw material products(Longyan kaolin-Longyan kaolin raw ore-Longyan porcelain stone-quartz-alumina-feldspar).Its structure is compared with the traditional ternary formula structure(kaolin-quartz-feldspar).The study found the diff erences and advantages and disadvantages of the two formula structures,but the formula structure of the Longyan product series has better advantages.
