火针焠刺联合非剥脱点阵激光治疗痤疮的疗效观察

目的探讨毫针焠刺联合1,540 nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月痤疮患者60例,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组行非剥脱点阵激光治疗,观察组联合毫针焠刺术。观察两组治疗前后VISIA皮肤检测仪关于毛孔、红色区、紫质分值,GAGS量表、临床总有效率及CADI评分。结果在VISIA检测毛孔、红色区、紫质数值比较中,两组治疗后红色区、紫质差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后在毛孔、红色区、紫质分值与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组患者治疗后GAGS评分差异有统计学意义(P=0.032);两组治疗后GAGS评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组患者治疗后CADI评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.528);两组治疗后CADI评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论火针焠刺联合1540 nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗痤疮疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire-needing combined with 1540 nm non-ablative fractional laser in the treatment of acne.Methods Sixty patients with acne from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received non-ablative fractional laser treatment,while the observation group combined with fire-needing.The scores of pores,red areas,and purple matter on the VISIA skin detector,the Acne Comprehensive Classification System(GAGS)scale,the total clinical response rate,and the Acne Disability Index(CADI)score were observed in both groups.Results In the comparison of the values of pores,red areas,and purple matter detected by VISIA,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment in red areas,and purple matter(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the scores of pores,red areas,and purple matter(P<0.001).The difference in GAGS scores between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P=0.032).The difference in GAGS scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in CADI scores between the two groups after treatment(P=0.528).The difference in CADI scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment and before treatment in the same group was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of fire-needing and 1540nm non-ablative fractional laser has a significant therapeutic effect on acne.
