当前,企业在VUCA环境中面临着巨大的经营挑战,需要不断抵御和应对各类难以预测的不确定性带来的干扰和冲击,以确保生存和发展。韧性的重要性在这样的环境中已极为突显,而数字技术的迅猛发展为企业构筑自身韧性提供了新的途径,已经成为企业在逆境中保持稳定并实现反弹的关键推动力。因此,数字韧性的概念引发了学术界越来越多的关注。然而,作为新兴的研究议题,数字韧性研究仍然存在概念不清、研究分散等问题。为了解决上述问题,本文将对当前数字韧性的相关研究详细地回顾和梳理。首先,对数字韧性概念的发展历程进行回溯,梳理数字韧性的基本概念和内涵。其次,基于主流研究所采用的数字赋能视角,对数字韧性概念的合理性进行讨论。再次,对不同类型数字韧性的构成要素及影响效应进行梳理。最后,基于对文献的归纳总结,展望数字韧性未来的研究方向。这些结论将为推进数字韧性的进一步研究以及构建数字韧性组织实践提供有益参考。

Currently,enterprises are encountering formidable operational challenges within the VUCA(volatility,uncertainty,complexity,and ambiguity)environment.They are compelled to continually guard against and respond to various unpredictable uncertainties that cause disturbances and impacts,ensuring their survival and development.The significance of resilience has become exceedingly pronounced in such a context,and the rapid advancement of digital technologies has offered new avenues for enterprises to fortify their resilience,becoming a crucial impetus for maintaining stability and achieving recovery in adversity.Consequently,the concept of digital resilience has garnered increasing attention from the academic community.However,as an emergent research topic,the study of digital resilience is stll plagued by unclear concepts and fragmented research.To address these issues,this article conducts a thorough review and analysis of current research on digital resilience.Initially,it traces the evolutionary trajectory of the concept of digital resilience,delineating its fundamental notions and essence.Subsequently,it discusses the legitimacy of the concept of digital resilience from the perspective of digital enablement,which is widely adopted in mainstream research.Furthermore,it delineates the constitutive elements and the impact effects of different types of digital resilience.Ultimately,based on a comprehensive summary of the literature,it projects future research directions for digital resilience.These conclusions aim to provide valuable references for advancing research on digital resilience and for constructing resilient digital organizational practices.
