摘要
高速微电网的经济效益,主要集中在光伏发电产生的绿色能源,通过高速各用电基础设施进行绿色低碳消纳利用,而光伏发电整体效益评价指标体系是用来度量光伏发电整体效益的一种数量尺度。本文提出了测算指标体系的搭建原则,开展了光伏发电整体效益评价体系研究,详细阐述了光伏发电整体经济效益、社会经济效益、低碳效益三方面的评价指标体系,针对光伏发电的成本、收益及系统网损效益、备用容量成本,搭建了减碳效益测算模型,并根据模型进行效益测算总结。
The economic benefits of the high-speed micro-grid are mainly concentrated on the green energy generated by photovoltaic power generation,and the green and low-carbon consumption and utilization through the high-speed power infrastructure,the whole benefit evaluation index system of photovoltaic power generation is a quantitative scale to measure the whole benefit of photovoltaic power generation.In this paper,the principle of index system is put forward,and the overall benefit evaluation system of photovoltaic power generation is studied,the evaluation index system of the whole economic benefit,social economic benefit and low-carbon benefit of photovoltaic power generation is described in detail,the carbon reduction benefit calculation model is built,and the benefit calculation is summarized according to the model.
