基于中国工况的重型柴油车排放和油耗研究分析

摘要 本文基于底盘测功机在法规推荐阻力和实际道路滑行阻力两种不同阻力下进行对比试验,研究不同阻力对重型柴油车排放和油耗影响。试验油耗和排放结果与底盘测功机阻力设定有直接关系,阻力越大,油耗越高,推荐阻力下的油耗比滑行阻力下的油耗高9.6%;对于气态污染物而言,相比于滑行阻力,推荐阻力下的CO_(2)排放量高9.1%,CO排放量高39.6%,NO_(X)排放量高16.9%。 This article conducts comparative tests based on a chassis dynamometer under two different types of resistance:regulatory recommended resistance and actual road coasting resistance,to study the impact of different resistance on emissions and fuel consumption of heavy-duty diesel vehicles.The test fuel consumption and emission results are directly related to the resistance setting of the chassis dynamometer.The greater the resistance,the higher the fuel consumption.The recommended fuel consumption under resistance is 9.6%higher than the coasting resistance.For gaseous pollutants,the recommended resistance is 9.1%higher in CO_(2)emissions,39.6%higher in CO emissions,and 16.9%higher in NO_(X)emissions compared to coasting resistance.
