李村煤矿轨道大巷过断层破碎带围岩控制技术研究

摘要 针对山西潞安集团慈林山煤业有限公司李村煤矿轨道大巷过断层破碎带时巷道围岩变形大、支护工程失效、不能保证巷道整体稳定的问题,提出了“锚架+注浆锚索+钢筋网”支护方案,并通过数值模拟验证了该支护方案的可行性。现场实践结果得出,采用“锚架+注浆锚索+钢筋网”支护方案有效控制了试验段巷道围岩的变形,成功解决了过断层破碎带围岩长期稳定的问题。 Aiming at the problems of large deformations of roadway surrounding rock,failure of support engineering and failure to ensure the overall stability of roadway when the track roadway of Licun Mine of Cilinshan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi Lu'an Group passed through the fault fracture zone,the support scheme of'anchor frame+grouting anchor cable+steel mesh'was proposed,and the feasibility of the support scheme was verified by numerical simulation.The field practice results showed that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the test section was effectively controlled by the support scheme of'anchor frame+grouting anchor cable+steel mesh',and the long-term stability of the surrounding rock through the fault fracture zone was successfully solved.
