东曲矿主井提升机监控系统的设计及其实现研究

摘要 对矿井提升机进行智能化监控是提升煤矿信息化水平的重要措施和手段。本文主要结合东曲矿实际情况,对该矿JKMD-3.5*4型主井提升机的监控系统进行了设计并实现,系统可对提升机关键部位的运行状态数据信息进行实时采集,同时可有效感知提升机周围的环境参数。系统使用的是西门子的smart 200系列PLC控制器,振动、偏摆、温度和声音传感器型号分别为CA-YD-3100、RP6622、PT100、SV-6005。将系统应用到东曲矿工程实践中,经过1 a的使用,验证了系统的可靠性,设备的故障率降低了35%以上。 Intelligent monitoring of mine hoist is an important measure and means to improve the level of coal mine informatization.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of Dongqu Mine,the monitoring system of JKMD-3.5*4 main shaft hoist in the mine is designed and implemented.The system can collect the running state data information of the key parts of the hoist in real time,and can effectively perceive the environmental parameters around the hoist.The system uses Siemens smart 200 series PLC controller.The models of vibration,yaw,temperature and sound sensors are CA-YD-3100,RP6622,PT100 and SV-6005 respectively.The system was applied to the engineering practice of Dongqu Mine.After one year of use,the reliability of the system was verified,and the failure rate of the equipment was reduced by more than 35%.
