子宫腺肌病患者的孕三烯酮胶囊结合少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗效果分析

Therapeutic Effect of Pregnatrienone Capsule Combined with Shaofu⁃zhuyu Decoction in Patients with Adenomyopathy

目的 研究和分析孕三烯酮胶囊结合少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗子宫腺肌病的方法及效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月德化县中医院妇产科收治的80例子宫腺肌病患者作为研究对象,根据单双数法进行分组,每组40例,单数分到观察组,双数分到对照组。对照组行孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,观察组行孕三烯酮胶囊结合少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗。对治疗前后两组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、血管内皮生长因子、糖类抗原125、宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、生存质量量表评分、视觉模拟评分法评分的变化及妊娠率、妊娠后流产率进行对比。结果 治疗后观察组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、血管内皮生长因子、糖类抗原125水平,子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积,子宫内膜异位症患者生存质量量表、视觉模拟评分法评分显著优于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P=0.022)。观察组流产率为2.56%,低于对照组的21.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.453,P=0.020)。结论 子宫腺肌病患者行孕三烯酮胶囊结合少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,可显著降低子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积,促进子宫内膜组织正常生长,缓解病痛,满足生育需求,提高生活质量。

Objective To study and analyze the method and effect of pregnrienone capsule combined with Shaofu-zhuyu decoction in the treatment of adenomyopathy.Methods From January to December 2022,80 patients with ad-enomyosis admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dehua County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to the single and double num-ber method,with 40 cases in each group.The single number was set as the observation group and the double number was set as the control group.The control group was treated with gestrinone capsules,and the observation group was treated with gestrinone capsules combined with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction.The changes of basic fibroblast growth factor,vascular endothelial growth factor,carbohydrate antigen 125,endometrial thickness,uterine volume,quality of life scale score,visual analogue scale score,pregnancy rate and abortion rate after pregnancy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of basic fibroblast growth factor,vascular en-dothelial growth factor,carbohydrate antigen 125,endometrial thickness,uterine volume,quality of life scale and vi-sual analogue scale score of patients with endometriosis in the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The preg-nancy rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P=0.022).The abortion rate of the observation group was 2.56%,which was lower than 21.88%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.453,P=0.020).Conclusion Treatment with pregnatrienone capsule combined with Shaofuzhuyu decoction can significantly reduce en-dometrial thickness and uterine volume,promote normal growth of endometrial tissue,relieve pain,meet fertility needs and improve quality of life for patients with adenomyopathy.
