摩罗丹联合雷贝拉唑在肥胖慢性胃炎患者中的应用及对胃黏膜修复效果的影响

Application of Morodane Combined with Rabeprazole in Obese Patients with Chronic Gastritis and Its Effect on Gastric Mucosal Repair

目的 探究摩罗丹联合雷贝拉唑在肥胖慢性胃炎患者中的应用及对胃黏膜修复效果的影响。方法 方便选取2019年4月—2020年4月福建省惠安县妇幼保健院收治的体质指数≥28 kg/m^(2)的慢性胃炎患者114例为研究对象。随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各57例。对照组给予雷贝拉唑治疗,研究组给予摩罗丹+雷贝拉唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、胃泌素、内皮素水平、胃黏膜相关指标以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率较对照组高(98.25%vs 85.96%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.911,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃泌素、内皮素水平、胃黏膜相关指标均较治疗前改善,且研究组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组生活质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 摩罗丹联合雷贝拉唑在肥胖慢性胃炎患者中应用效果更好,可促进胃黏膜修复,安全性好。

Objective To explore the application of morodan combined with rabeprazole in obese patients with chronic gastritis and the effect on the repair of gastric mucosa.Methods A total of 114 patients with chronic gastritis with body mass index≥28 kg/m^(2) admitted to Hui'an County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Fujian Province from April 2019 to April 2020 were conveniently selected as the study objects.Random number table method was divided into control group and study group,57 cases each.The control group was given rabeprazole treatment,and the study group was given morodan+rabeprazole treatment.The therapeutic effect,gastrin,endothelin levels,gastric mucosa re-lated indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(98.25%vs 85.96%),and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.911,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin,endothelin and gastric mucosa related indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and all indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,the life quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Morodan combined with rabeprazole has better application effect in obese patients with chronic gastritis,can promote gastric mucosa repair,and has good safety.
