心可舒片对冠心病合并焦虑状态患者的临床疗效及皮质醇水平的影响

Effects of Xinkeshu Tablets on Clinical Efficacy and Hydrocortisone Levels in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Anxiety State

目的探究心可舒片在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)伴发焦虑状态临床治疗中的应用价值。方法便利抽取2021年2月—2023年5月福建省福清市第三医院收治的111例冠心病合并焦虑状态患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=55)。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予心可舒片治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、皮质醇水平、甲状腺激素水平、焦虑状态改善情况、血清因子水平及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率(98.18%)高于对照组(85.71%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.789,P<0.05);观察组皮质醇激素低于对照组,且甲状腺素水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Spielberger焦虑量表(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory,STAI)中状态焦虑(State Anxiety,SAI)、特质焦虑(Trait Anxiety,TAI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组C-反应蛋白(C-reactive pro⁃tein,CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平均低于对照组,且血清一氧化氮(serum nitric oxide,NO)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对冠心病合并焦虑状态患者,在阿托伐他汀治疗的基础上予以心可舒片有助于提高患者的临床疗效,改善皮质醇水平,降低焦虑情绪。

Objective To investigate the application value of Xinkeshu tablets in the clinical treatment of coronary ath-erosclerotic heart disease(CHD)with anxiety state.Methods A total of 111 patients with coronary heart disease com-bined with anxiety state admitted to the Third Hospital of Fuqing City,Fujian Province from February 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=55)by random number table method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Xinkeshu tablet on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,cortisol level,thyroid hor-mone level,anxiety state improvement,serum factor level and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The to-tal effective rate of the observation group(98.18%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.789,P<0.05).The levels of cortisol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of thyroxine were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The scores of State Anxiety(SAI)and Trait Anxiety(TAI)in Spielberger Anxiety Inventory(STAI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and Serum nitric oxide(NO)level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety state,the administration of Xinkeshu tablets on the basis of atorvastatin treatment can help to improve the clinical effi-cacy of the patients,improve the level of hydrocortisone,and reduce anxiety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
