摘要
目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者接受化疗治疗同时采用长效粒细胞集落刺激因子(硫培非格司亭)二级预防中性粒细胞减少症的效果。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2023年6月盐城市大丰人民医院肿瘤科收治恶性肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法进行分组,对照组(30例)予以常规化疗,观察组(30例)在其基础上联用长效粒细胞集落刺激因子(硫培非格司亭)治疗,比较两组患者发生中性粒细胞减少性发热的概率。对比两组患者化疗前及化疗7、14 d中性粒细胞指标,观察两组患者出现不良反应。结果 观察组患者中性粒细胞减少性发热发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施化疗前,两组患者中性粒细胞测定结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者化疗后7 d中性粒细胞测定结果(10.79±1.85)×10^(9)/L、14 d(3.38±0.34)×10^(9)/L均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.977、8.075,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应的总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 恶性肿瘤患者接受化疗过程中配合长效粒细胞集落刺激因子可有效预防中性粒细胞减少症,且不增加患者不适感,安全性佳。
Objective To explore the effect of secondary prevention of neutropenia with long-acting granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(mecapegfilgrastim)in patients with malignant tumors treated with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the Department of Oncology of Yancheng Dafeng People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into groups according to random number table method.The control group(30 cases)received conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group(30 cases)was treated with long-acting granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(tiopefegerstim)on the basis of conventional chemotherapy.The probability of neutropenic fever was compared between the two groups.The neutrophil indexes were compared before chemotherapy and 7 d and 14 d after chemotherapy in the two groups,and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The incidence of neutropenic fever in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before che-motherapy,there was no statistically significant difference in neutrophil determination between the two groups(P>0.05).Neutrophil determination at 7 d after chemotherapy in observation group(10.79±1.85)×10^(9)/L and 14 d after chemotherapy(3.38±0.34)×10^(9)/L in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.977,8.075,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Long-acting granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can effectively prevent neutropenia during chemotherapy for patients with malignant tumors,and does not in-crease patients'discomfort,with good safety.
