类风湿性关节炎应用针对性护理及保护动机护理的干预效果探讨

Exploration of the Intervention Effect of Application of Targeted Nursing and Protection Motivation Nursing in Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 探究类风湿性关节炎应用针对性护理及保护动机护理的干预效果。方法 便利选取2020年5月—2023年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二七医院诊断和治疗的66例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施针对性护理及保护动机护理。结果 入院1周、出院时、出院后4周观察组的关节疼痛评分分别为(5.24±0.97)分、(3.25±0.77)分、(2.21±0.53)分,肿胀评分分别为(1.93±0.20)分、(1.08±0.17)分、(0.43±0.10)分均低于对照组,晨僵时间分别为(72.22±13.83)、(52.34±8.76)、(35.71±7.69)min均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.163、2.931、3.065、2.319、4.056、3.864、2.268、4.995、8.519,P<0.05)。护理后观察组自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 类风湿性关节炎应用针对性护理及保护动机护理可以快速有效地使患者的临床症状得到缓解,增强自我管理能力,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of the application of targeted nursing and protection motiva-tion nursing in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 66 patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated by 927 Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from May 2020 to May 2023 were con-veniently selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into con-trol group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the ob-servation group received targeted nursing and protective motivation nursing based on the control group.Results The joint pain scores respectively(5.24±0.97)points,(3.25±0.77)points,12.21±0.53)points and swelling scores respec-tively(1.93±0.20)points,(1.08±0.17)points,(0.43±0.10)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 week after admission,at discharge and 4 weeks after discharge.The morning stiffness time respec-tively(72.22±13.83)min,(52.34±8.76)min,(35.71±7.69)min was shorter than that of the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=2.163,2.931,3.065,2.319,4.056,3.864,2.268,4.995,8.519,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-management ability and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nurs-ing and protection motivation nursing in rheumatoid arthritis can quickly and effectively make the patients'clinical symptoms relieved,enhance the self-management ability and improve the quality of life.
