基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用

Application of Omaha System-based Continuity of Care in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的 探讨在维持性血液透析患者中应用基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理的效果。方法 方便选取2021年1月—2022年12月海安市中医院96例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组、观察组分别采用常规护理、基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理。比较两组患者心理状态、自我管理水平、生存质量评分。结果 护理后,观察组焦虑评分(40.62±3.88)分、抑郁评分(41.83±3.96)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.158、7.517,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者自我管理水平、生存质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的自我管理评分、生存质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在维持性血液透析患者护理中,运用基于奥马哈系统的延续性护理可改善心理负性情绪,提高患者的自我管理水平,从而利于生存质量的提升。

Objective To explore the effect of application of Omaha system-based continuity of care in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 96 patients of maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Haian Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were divied into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group adopted conventional nursing care and Omaha system-based continuity of care respectively.The psychological state,self-management level,and survival quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety(40.62±3.88)points and depression(41.83±3.96)points in the observation group after nursing care were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=7.158,7.517,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically difference in the comparison of self-management level and survival quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the self-management scores and quality of survival scores of the observation group were higher than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of maintenance hemodialysis patients,the use of continuity of the Omaha system-based care can improve the negative psychological emotions and improve the self-management level of the patients,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of survival.
