全方位护理对晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化腹水患者的影响

Effect of All-round Nursing Care on Patients with Liver Fibrosis Ascites in Advanced Schistosomiasis

目的 探讨全方位护理对晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化腹水患者的影响。方法 便利选取2020年3月—2023年8月南昌市新建区血虫病防治站收治的96例晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化腹水患者为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组(48例,常规护理)和研究组(48例,全方位护理)。比较两组护理前后的依从性、心理状态、生活质量。结果 护理后,两组的依从性、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Scale, WHOQOL-BREF)各领域评分升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分分别为(46.31±2.72)分、(47.42±2.61)分,低于对照组的(50.28±2.36)分、(51.31±2.58)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.638、7.344,P<0.001)。结论 全方位护理的应用,可提高患者的依从性,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,利于生活质量的提升。

Objective To explore the effect of all-round nursing on patients with liver fibrosis ascites in advanced schistosomiasis.Methods 96 patients with advanced schistosomiasis with liver fibrosis ascites admitted to Nanchang Xinjian District Schistosomiasis Control Station during March 2020 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the research object.They were divided into the control group(48 cases,conventional care)and the study group(48 cases,all-round nursing)according to the different nursing methods.Compliance,psychological state,and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were counted and compared.Results After the nursing care,the scores of ad-herences,World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)scale in all domains in both group were elevated,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of(46.31±2.72)points and(47.42±2.61)points in the study group were lower than the scores of(50.28±2.36)points and(51.31±2.58)points in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=7.638,7.344,P<0.001).Conclusion The applica-tion of all-round nursing can improve patients'compliance,reduce anxiety and depression,and facilitate the improve-ment of quality of life.
