健脾滋肾汤治疗系统性红斑狼疮对患者血清炎性因子、凝血功能及免疫功能的影响

The effect of Jianpi Zishen Decoction on serum inflammatory factors,coagulation function and immune function of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的 探究系统性红斑狼疮患者采用健脾滋肾汤治疗的效果。方法 选取86例系统性红斑狼疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用健脾滋肾汤治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)(1.64±0.53)g/L、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)(10.28±2.39)g/L低于对照组的(2.05±0.72)、(12.43±1.52)g/L,补体C3、补体C4(106.31±12.17)、(21.94±5.32)mg/L高于对照组的(90.36±11.87)、(18.37±4.62)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组凝血酶时间(TT)(18.74±1.17)s短于对照组的(20.29±1.73)s,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平(3.41±0.35)g/L低于对照组的(4.16±0.48)g/L,凝血酶原时间(PT)(12.19±0.47)s、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)(32.39±1.83)s长于对照组的(10.75±0.61)、(29.78±1.75)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)(4.31±1.71)mg/L、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)(24.07±5.03)pg/ml均低于对照组的(6.86±1.59)mg/L、(35.52±4.16)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健脾滋肾汤有助于改善系统性红斑狼疮患者血清炎性因子水平,提高免疫功能及凝血功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of Jianpi Zishen Decoction on serum inflammatory factors,coagulation function and immune function of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 86 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random numerical table,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Jianpi Zishen Decoction treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,immunoglobulin A(IgA)of(1.64±0.53)g/L and immunoglobulin G(IgG)of(10.28±2.39)g/L in the observation group were lower than those of(2.05±0.72)and(12.43±1.52)g/L in the control group;the complement C3 and C4 were(106.31±12.17)and(21.94±5.32)mg/L in the observation group,which were higher than those of(90.36±11.87)and(18.37±4.62)mg/L in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in immunoglobulin M(IgM)level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,thrombin time(TT)of(18.74±1.17)s in the observation group was shorter than that of(20.29±1.73)s in the control group;fibrinogen(FIB)level of(3.41±0.35)g/L in the observation group was lower than that of(4.16±0.48)g/L in the control group;prothrombin time(PT)of(12.19±0.47)s and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)of(32.39±1.83)s in the observation group were longer than those of(10.75±0.61)and(29.78±1.75)s in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)of(4.31±1.71)mg/L and interleukin-6(IL-6)of(24.07±5.03)pg/ml in the observation group were lower than those of(6.86±1.59)mg/L and(35.52±4.16)pg/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Zishen Decoction is help to improve the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and improve the immune function and coagulation function,which is worth promoting.
