基于高渗透率分布式光伏的配电线路电压分析与治理

摘要 随着分布式光伏的快速发展,配电网中分布式光伏高渗透率特征愈加明显,并网点电压越限问题日益突出。高比例分布式光伏发电与配电网低负荷、低消纳能力造成功率反向流动,进而引起线路过电压、并网点故障解列装置过压保护频繁动作问题,影响发电效率。在深入分析光伏并网线路调压机理的基础上,试点实施35 kV变电站10 kV配电线路过电压治理,对比分析调节升压变档位、调节逆变器功率因数、改变配电网接线方式,并通过PSASP7.61程序仿真,确定升压变最优运行档位及逆变器调压策略,提高配电线路电能质量。 With the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic,the high permeability characteristics of distributed photovoltaic in distribution network are becoming more and more obvious,and the problem of network voltage out of limit is increasingly and more prominent.High proportion distributed photovoltaic power generation and low load and low consumption capacity of distribution network cause power reverse flow,which lead to line overvoltage and frequent action of overvoltage protection of parallel node fault splitting device,affecting the power generation efficiency.Based on the in-d epth analysis of the voltage regulation mechanism of photovoltaic grid integrated lines,the overvoltage treatments of 10 kV distribution lines were made pilot implementation in 35 kV substations,the adjustment of step-up shift gears,the adjustment of inverter power factor and the change of distribution network wiring mode were compared and analyzed.The optimal operation gear of step-up transformer and inverter voltage regulation strategy through PSASP program simulation were determined to improve the power quality of distribution lines.
