电子膨胀阀对物流车冷冻系统性能的影响

摘要 为了研究电子膨胀阀开度对纯电动物流车冷冻系统性能的影响,在焓差实验室搭建一套中压补气型纯电动物流车冷冻系统实验台,通过改变主路和补路电子膨胀阀开度进行实验。结果表明:主阀开度由10%逐渐升高到22%时,排气温度降低11.92%;主阀开度为14%时,制冷量、制冷效率(COP)和能效比(EER)分别取得最大值1.41 kW、1.57、1.04;补阀开度从10%升高到25%的过程中,制冷量、COP和EER分别降低3.52%、7.40%和7.30%,压缩机功率升高4.55%。 In view of the effect of the set value of the electronic expansion valve opening on the performance of freezing system of pure electric logistics vehicle,a refrigeration system test bench of medium pressure air-supplementing pure electric logistics vehicle is set up in the enthalpy difference laboratory.Experiments were carried out by changing the opening of the main circuit and the electronic expansion valve.The results show that when the opening of the main valve is gradually increased from 10% to 22%,the exhaust temperature decreases by 11.92%,and when the opening of the main valve is 14%,the maximum refrigeration,COP,and EER are 1.41 kW,1.57,1.04.In the process where the replenishment valve opening increases from 10% to 25%,the refrigeration volume,COP,and EER decrease by 3.52%,7.40%,and 7.30%,respectively,while the compressor power increases by 4.55%.
