摘要
以平稳锅炉燃烧过程、充分挖掘系统控制潜力、提高机组运行水准为目标,研究基于遗传算法的磨煤机开关机运行优化方法。针对风、粉、煤、灰、烟等燃烧过程中的关键因素,从历史运行数据中挖掘规律,构建水冷壁温差、磨煤机小钢球用量等指标的模拟仿真模型。以遗传算法为核心实现智能化控制,在各种工况下寻找使磨煤机平均单耗降低且水冷壁温差不高于阈值的磨煤机最优控制方案,实现机组节能减排。该方案兼顾机组安全性、经济性与环保性。
The optimization application research of coal mill on-off operation based on a genetic algorithm aims to stabilize the combustion process of the boiler,fully tap the control potential of the system,and improve the operation level of the unit.Aiming at the key factors of the combustion process such as air,powder,coal,ash,and smoke,a simulation model is constructed for boiler efficiency,water wall temperature difference,coal mill unit consumption,boiler load,and other indicators by mining the rules from the historical operation data.Intelligent control is achieved with the genetic algorithm as the core.Under various working conditions,the optimal control scheme of the coal mill is identified to reduce the average unit consumption of the coal mill,and the temperature difference of the water wall is not higher than the threshold,thereby achieving energy conservation and emission reduction of the unit.The scheme gives consideration to the safety,economy,and environmental protection of the unit.
