摘要
为了解决采暖季煤矿井筒防冻问题,设计一种用于矿井井筒空气加热设备——热管式空气加热器。通过研究煤矿矿井井筒防冻课题,结合现有工况参数,对热管式空气加热设备进行选型计算,通过系统运行测试分析设备运行的效果。结果显示:热管式空气加热器的平均送风温度为19℃,井筒内20 m处的混风温度和井筒内50 m处的混风温度均大于2℃,满足井筒防冻要求。研究表明:设备运行良好可靠,在冬季有效预防井口冰柱发生,同时具有良好的节能效果。
In order to solve the problem of coal mine shaft freeze prevention in the heating season,a heat pipe air heater for mine shaft air heating equipment was designed.By studying the topic of anti-freezing of coal mine shafts,combined with the existing working conditions,the selection calculation of heat pipe air heating equipment is carried out,and the operation effect of the equipment is analyzed through the system operation test.The results show that the average air supply temperature of the heat pipe air heater is 19 ℃,and the mixed air temperature at 20 m in the wellbore and 50 m in the wellbore are both greater than 2 ℃,which meets the requirements of wellbore antifreeze.The study indicates the equipment runs well and reliably,effectively prevents the occurrence of icicles at the wellhead in winter,and has a good energy-saving effect.
