习近平总书记提出的“绿水青山就是金山银山”理论,是中国特色社会主义新发展理念的重要组成部分,传承了马克思主义关于人与自然关系的思想精华,指明了实现发展和保护协同共进的新路径新方向。本文对深圳市10个区2020年“两山”理论的实践成效进行了科学的评估,并分析了大鹏新区在深圳市的“两山”实践效果,从“两山”资源生态价值实现、价值转化和综合利用等方面提出了大鹏新区的“两山”价值转化路径优化的建议,为深圳市大鹏新区打造全国“绿水青山就是金山银山”创新实践标杆提供依据。

General Secretary Xi Jinping's theory of“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”is a crucial component of the development philosophy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This theory inherits the essence of Marxist thinking regarding the relationship between humanity and nature and provides a new direction for the coordinated progress of development and conservation.This paper systematically assesses the practical effects of the“Two Mountains”theory in ten districts of Shenzhen in 2020.It analyzes the practical effects of Dapeng New District in Shenzhen in the context of the“Two Mountains”theory.Moreover,it offers recommendations for optimizing the value transformation path of the“Two Mountains”in Dapeng New District,encompassing aspects such as resource ecological value realization,value transformation,and comprehensive utilization.These recommendations serve as a foundation for Dapeng New District in Shenzhen to become a national benchmark for innovative practices in the spirit of“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.”
