Entering a new journey,the world is going through a great change never seen in a century.The world is entering a new period of turbulence and change.The advancement of the Chinese Dream historical process is encountering unprecedented risks and challenges,there are also many strategic advantages.As a big province of economy and manufacturing industry,Guangdong still has problems of economic structure,system and periodicity,and the ability of independent innovation in scientific research is weak,key areas of core technology trapped in the human pattern has not been fundamentally changed.Therefore,we should take General Secretary Xi's inspection of Guangdong's important speeches and directives as our fundamental follow,and carry out reform to tackle the most pressing problems that restrict the self-reliance and self-improvement of high-quality science and technology,we will raise the level of independent innovation in science and technology with the help of the whole province,resolutely win the battle against Core Technologies in key fields,accelerate the construction of a modernized industrial system,and make solid progress in the construction of a strong manufacturing province.
