粤港澳大湾区商会组织高质量发展路径研究--以东莞市为例

The High-Quality Development Path of Chamber in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area--Taking Dongguan as an Example

新时代,商会等社会组织在发挥桥梁纽带、化解社会矛盾、协调劳资关系、提升治理效能等方面起着重要作用。以东莞市为例,近年来商会组织服务社会、参与基层治理的作用不断增强,但存在部分商会党组织引导力战斗力不强、内部治理结构不完善、服务能力和创新能力不强、承接社会服务能力不足等问题。本文基于分析提出充分发挥党建引领、规范商会管理、完善评估体系、完善政府购买服务机制、加强政企亲情互动,加大对商会的引导支持和建设力度;引导商会完善内部管理制度、推动依法治会、发挥平台作用、打造商会品牌文化等方面建议。

In the new era,the chamber of commerce plays an important role in building bridges,resolving social conflicts,coordinating labor relations,and improving governance efficiency.Taking Dongguan as an example,in recent years,the role of the chamber of Commerce in organizing and serving the society and participating in governance has been continuously enhanced.However,there are some problems,such as weak guiding and fighting capacity of some chamber of Commerce Party organizations,imperfect internal governance structure,weak service ability and innovation ability,and insufficient ability to undertake social services.Based on the analysis,it is proposed to give full play to the guidance of Party building,standardize the management of the chamber of Commerce,improve the evaluation system,improve the government purchase service mechanism,strengthen the interaction between government and enterprises,and strengthen the guidance,support and construction of the chamber of Commerce;Suggestions on improving the internal management system,promoting the administration of the chamber of commerce according to law,giving full play to the role of the platform,and building the brand culture of the chamber of Commerce.
