大学生学科竞赛活动对接高校劳动教育的机理与路径研究

Research on the Mechanism and Path of Integrating College Student Subject Competition Activities with Labor Education in Universities

高校推进劳动教育要求把劳动教育理论课与劳动教育实践课结合起来,构建劳动教育与劳动实践体系结合的新时代劳动教育体系。本文主要研究大学生学科竞赛活动对接高校劳动教育,提出把高质量大学生学科竞赛作为智力劳动的重要内容,推出“1+N”劳动教育融入大学生学科竞赛模式,一是采用“宽口径”,不仅需要把与专业课相关的学科竞赛,而且把与思政课、通识课有关的学科竞赛纳入劳动教育的范围之内;二是确定大学生学科竞赛对接高校劳动教育课的考核方式与考核标准,将不同级别与类型的大学生学科竞赛、“三下乡”项目等折合为不同的考核分值,建立包含劳动态度、劳动纪律、劳动技能、劳动成果在内的大学生劳动教育综合考核体系;三是构建“知信行”统一的劳动教育体系,推动劳动教育与培养大学生创新意识相结合,引导大学生在参与学科竞赛中发挥智力资源,培育创业能力。

The promotion of labor education in universities requires the integration of labor education theory courses and labor education practice courses,and the construction of a new era labor education system that combines labor education and labor practice system.This article mainly studies the integration of col⁃lege student subject competition activities with university labor education,proposing to make high-quality college student subject competition an important part of intelle ctual labor,and introducing the“1+N”labor education integration into college student subject competition mode.Firstly,adopting a“wide caliber”ap⁃proach requires not only subject competitions related to professional courses,but also subject competi⁃tions related to ideological and political courses and general education courses to be included in the se⁃lected scope of labor education;The second is to determine the assessment methods and standards for the inte⁃gration of college student subject competitions with labor education courses in universities,convert dif⁃ferent levels and types of college student subject competitions and“three rural”projects into different as⁃sessment scores,and establish a comprehensive assessment system for college student labor education that includes labor attitude,labor discipline,labor skills,and labor achievements;The third is to build a uni⁃fied labor education system of“knowledge,belief,and action”,promote the combination of labor education and cultivating college studentsinnovative consciousness,guide college students to utilize their intel⁃lectual resources in participating in subject competitions,and cultivate entrepreneurial abilities.
