传统手工艺知识是我国非物质文化遗产的主要内容之一,保护传统手工艺知识对增加民族团结、文化自信,提升文化多样性具有重要意义。目前我国传统手工艺知识面临的最主要的问题在于市场中被边缘化、文化上受到年轻一代忽视。传统手工艺知识面临工业化产品挤压风险。促进相关制造业繁荣,能够保持传统知识的原真性,从而推动相关知识的传承与发扬。应当在以地理标志制度保护传统社区整体利益的基础上,保障传统社区个体在知识产权保护模式与内容开发上的自由;地方政府应以促进相关制造业发展为方向,承担兜底保护与监督职责。

Traditional handicraft knowledge is an important part of intangible cultural heritage,and the protection of such knowledge is important to increase national unity and cultural confidence and enhance cul⁃tural diversity.The most important problems facing our traditional handicraft knowledge are the marginal⁃ization in the market and the cultural neglect by the younger generation.Traditional handicraft knowledge faces the risk of being squeezed by industrialized products.Promoting the prosperity of related manufactur⁃ing industries can promote the inheritance and development of related knowledge by maintaining the original⁃ity of traditional knowledge.On the basis of protecting the overall interests of traditional communities with the geographical indication system,the freedom of individual traditional communities in the mode of in⁃tellectual property protection and content development should be guaranteed;the local government should take the responsibility of underwriting protection and supervision in the direction of promoting the devel⁃opment of related manufacturing industries.
