党的二十大对全面推进乡村振兴作了详细部署,为新时代农村社会经济发展指明了方向及路径。实现基本现代化和中华民族伟大复兴必然要做到农业强、农民富、农村美。农村基层党组织是党在农村的核心力量,是党在广大农村的神经末梢,其对推进乡村振兴工作有着决定性作用。鉴于使命需要,探索在乡村振兴前提下,从价值要义、实际困境、可行路径等方面探索如何发挥新时代农村基层党组织引领作用,意义重大。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a detailed deployment for com⁃prehensively promoting rural revitalization,indicating the direction and path for rural social and eco⁃nomic development in the new era.To achieve basic modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese na⁃tion,we must ensure that agriculture is strong,farmers are rich and rural areas are beautiful.The rural grass-roots party organization is the core strength of the party in the countryside,and is the nerve end of the party in the vast countryside,which plays a decisive role in promoting the rural revitalization work.In view of the mission needs,it is of great significance to explore how to give play to the leading role of rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era from the aspects of value,practical difficulties,and fea⁃sible paths under the premise of rural revitalization.
