小型分层床式干燥机性能分析与优化

摘要 分层床式干燥技术通过将物料分布在多个层次上,并对物料进行适当的加热和通风,以实现快速而均匀的干燥效果。该文以水稻干燥为试验过程,采用理论分析和试验结合的方法对水稻物理特性及干燥设备的干燥性能进行分析,以此为基础运用CFD技术探明小型分层床式干燥机流场分布情况,进一步明确小型分层床式干燥机干燥效果并优化方案。研究结果可为小型分层床式干燥机的设计和优化提供参考和指导,为提高水稻干燥效率和产品质量提供一定的参考。 Layered bed drying technology achieves fast and uniform drying results by distributing the material on multiple levels and properly heating and ventilating the material.In this paper,the physical characteristics of rice and the drying performance of the drying equipment were analyzed by combining theoretical analysis and experiment,and on this basis,CFD technology was used to explore the flow field distribution of the small layered bed dryer,and the drying effect of the small layered bed dryer was further clarified and the scheme was optimized.The results of this study can provide refer-ence and guidance for the design and optimization of small layered bed dryers,and provide a certain reference for impro-ving rice drying efficiency and product quality.
