摘要
深松机械通过翻松土壤底层,打破犁底层,为作物生长提供一个良好的土壤环境。但是深松机耕作深度较大,深松作业时会遇到较大的耕作阻力,从而导致能耗较高。基于玉米深松机械的结构和工作原理,综述了影响深松机械能耗的主要因素,总结了玉米深松机械节能的主要措施,如优化动力系统、采用高效动力系统、采用新型设计理念和使用智能控制系统等。研究结果可有效地降低玉米深松机械的能耗,提高其经济性和可持续性。
Deep loosening machines provide a good soil environment for crop growth by loosening the soil substrate and breaking the compact state of the plough bottom.However,the deep loosening machine has a large tillage depth,and the deep loosening operation will encounter large tillage resistance,which leads to high energy consumption.Based on the structure and working principle of corn deep-pine machinery,the article reviews the main factors affecting the energy consumption of deep-pine machinery and summarises the main measures for energy saving of corn deep-pine machin-ery,such as optimising the power system,adopting high-efficiency power systems,adopting new design concepts and using intelligent control systems.The results of the study can effectively reduce the energy consumption of corn deep-pine machinery and improve its economy and sustainability.
