基于模糊综合评价模型的教师绩效考核研究

摘要 为促进职业院校教师管理的规范化与科学化,激发教师的积极性与创新性,综合考虑考勤次数、师德表现、教学绩效、教学建设、科研绩效等指标对教师绩效结果的影响程度,建立模糊综合评价模型。利用隶属度函数建立各指标的综合评价矩阵,采用CRITIC权重法确定各指标的权重系数,对评价等级进行赋分,计算模糊综合评价值,应用该模型对教师进行绩效评价。评价结果表明,该模型具有较好的科学性与实用性,能较好地保证考核工作的公平、公正,有利于充分调动教师的工作积极性,提高其教育教学综合水平及双师素质,实现高素质技术技能人才的培养目标。 In order to promote the standardization and scientific management of teachers in vocational colleges,stimulate the enthusiasm and innovation of teachers,the study comprehensively analyzes the influence of attendance times,teacher ethics,teaching performance,teaching construction,and scientific research performance etc.on teacher performance;and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The study establishes the comprehensive evaluation matrix of each index with membership degree function,determines the weight coefficient of each index with the weight method of CRITIC,assigns the evaluation grade,calculates fuzzy comprehensive evaluation value,and evaluates teacher performance evaluation with this model.The evaluation results show that the model is scientific and practical.We can ensure the fairness and justice of the assessment work,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,improve the comprehensive level of education and teaching and the quality of both teachers,and achieve the training goal of high-quality technical and technical talents.
