积极心理学视角下基础护理学课程评价指标构建研究

摘要 基于积极心理学视角构建基础护理学课程评价指标,检验课程教学质量。采用问卷调查法收集数据信息,借助SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理与分析。数据结果显示,通过质性研究提取出16个二级指标,通过主成分分析提取出2个一级指标,评价指标信效度良好,受访者更关注教师的教学能力。应不断提高教师的教学能力及水平,以在积极心理学视角下挖掘护生的潜力,从而提高基础护理学课程的教学质量。 Based on the perspective of positive psychology,the evaluation index of basic nursing course is constructed to test the teaching quality.The study collects data information with questionnaire survey,and conducts data processing and analysis with SPSS 19.0 software.The data results show that 16 secondary indicators are extracted through qualitative research,and 2 primary indicators are extracted through principal component analysis.The reliability and validity of the evaluation indicators are good,and the respondents pay more attention to the teaching ability of teachers.The teaching ability and level of teachers should be continuously improved to tap the potential of nursing students from the perspective of positive psychology,so as to improve the teaching quality of basic nursing courses.
