高职院校信息与通信技术专业产教融合实训基地建设模式研究

Research on the Construction Model of Information and Communication Technology Industry-Education Integration Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges

为研究高职院校信息与通信技术专业产教融合实训基地的建设效果,以某高职院校新一代ICT数字产业基地为研究对象,对其构建模式、产业合作、课程设计、学生管理等展开调研。构建科学合理的评价指标体系,从学生和企业两方面对学生实践操作能力、就业竞争力、合作伙伴满意度、学生满意度等实训基地建设效果进行评价,深入挖掘学生的体验和建议。研究结果表明,为推动实训基地建设向更加符合产业需求的方向发展,应充分做好实训基地建设模式的优化与推广工作,科学制定优化与推广的策略以更好培养学生的实践操作能力,满足学生的需求与期望,使其不断适应产业需求的变化。

In order to study the construction effect of industry-education integration training base for information and communication technology major in higher vocational colleges,the study takes a new generation of ICT digital industry base in a higher vocational college as the research object,and develops the construction mode,industrial cooperation,course design,and student management of the actual training base,etc.The study establishes a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system;evaluates the effect of the construction of practical training bases,such as students'practical operation ability,employment competitiveness,partner satisfaction,and student satisfaction,etc.,from students and enterprises;and deeply digs into students'experience and suggestions.The research results show that,in order to promote the construction of the training base to be more in line with the direction of industrial demand,it is necessary to fully optimize and promote the construction mode of the training base,and scientifically formulate the optimization and promotion strategies,so as to better train the practical operation ability of students,meet the needs and expectations of students,and make them constantly adapt to the changes of industrial demand.
