摘要
采用问卷调查法了解高校财务管理专业教师的教学能力现状,借助SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理与分析。结果显示,高校财务管理专业教师的教学能力处于中等偏上水平,其中基础知识能力和教学设计能力维度还存在较大的上升空间。教师教学能力在个人魅力和教学反思能力维度存在显著年级差异(P<0.05),原因可能在于不同教师的性格、教学风格与教学反思方式不同,不同年级学生的关注视角也会有所区别。社会、学校、教师个人与教师教学能力呈显著性正相关,说明社会和学校对教师教学能力具有正面预测作用。
The study adopts questionnaire survey to know the teaching ability of financial management teachers in universities,and conducts data processing and analysis with SPSS 19.O software.The results show that the teaching ability of financial management teachers in colleges and universities is above the medium level,and there is still a large room for improvement in basic knowledge and teaching design ability.There is statistically significant difference in the personal charisma and teaching reflective ability of teaching ability(P<0.05).The reasons may relay in different teachers'characters,teaching style,teaching reflection,and students'different attention perspective.Society,school and individual teachers have significant positive correlation with teachers'teaching ability,indicating that society and school have positive predictive effect on teachers'teaching ability.
