摘要
鉴于动车组车辆间跨接电缆对车辆可靠性能的重要性,从车辆跨接电缆的安装端口出发,通过受力及车辆运动位置分析,使用悬链线方程计算车辆跨接电缆长度,并以MATLAB为平台,建立理论长度计算模型进行仿真分析。通过仿真结果与实际某型号动车组跨接电缆长度对比,验证了计算方法的可行性和计算结果的准确性。
Given the importance of the cross-over cable between the vehicle sets to the reliability of the vehicle,from the installation port of the vehicle jump cable,through force analysis,vehicle motion position analysis,the use of the suspension line equation to calculate the length of the vehicle jump cable,and MATLAB as the platform,the establishment of the theoretical length calculation model,simulation analysis.The feasibility of the calculation method and the accuracy of the calculation results are verified by comparing the simulation results with the actual jumper cable length of a certain type of EMU.
