环境监测与环境执法是“人工修复”的主要方式,建设环境监测与环境执法联动机制,在极大程度上能够缓解我国现存环境问题与生态需求之间的矛盾,对提升我国生态环境总体质量具有重要推动作用。基于此,本文主要研究生态环境保护中的环境监测与环境执法联动机制建立的积极效用,分析现阶段环境问题与生态需求间的矛盾以及环境监测与环境执法之间的关系,并探究生态环境保护中的环境监测与环境执法联动机制的实践路径。

Environmental monitoring and environmental law enforcement constitute the main means of"artificial restoration."Establishing a linkage mechanism between environmental monitoring and environmental law enforcement can greatly alleviate the contradiction between existing environmental issues and ecological demands in China,playing a crucial role in enhancing the overall quality of the country's ecological environment.Based on this,the paper primarily investigates the positive effects of establishing a coordinated mechanism between environmental monitoring and environmental law enforcement in ecological environmental protection,analyzes the current contradictions between environmental issues and ecological demands,and explores practical paths for the coordinated mechanism in ecological environmental protection.
