基于NSGA-Ⅱ与A^(*)算法的原竹初加工生产线设施布局研究

摘要 竹材易栽培、生长快,加工后能替代木材或其他产品。然而,目前的原竹初加工生产线设施布局主要依靠人工经验,存在物料运输距离远、运输路径干涉多等问题,导致生产线的建设和运维成本较高。针对以上问题,本文以降低运输成本和减少路径干涉为目标,建立了原竹初加工生产线数学模型;提出了一种基于NSGA-Ⅱ和A^(*)算法,且能实现最优运输路径规划的生产线设施布局多目标优化方法。相较于传统算法采用的曼哈顿距离,该方法采用A^(*)算法来计算优化目标,可获得更低的物料运输成本,且具备处理运输障碍和路径干涉等问题的能力。结果表明:优化后,物料运输成本平均降低18.1%,物料运输成本最多降低10.5%,交叉干涉点最多减少97.5%,表明本文所提出的方法在原竹初加工生产线布局方面切实有效。 Bamboo is easy to cultivate,grows quickly,and can replace wood or other products after processing.However,the previous layout was mainly based on manual experience.There were issues such as long material transportation distances and frequent interference in transportation paths,resulting in high construction and maintenance costs for production lines.In order to solve the problems,in this work,a new methodology and mathematical formulation was proposed to minimize the total material handling cost and workflow interference.The new method combined a NSGA-Ⅱand the A^(*)algorithm in order to minimize the above two objectives.Compared to the Manhattan distance used in traditional algorithms,this method used the A^(*)algorithm to calculate the optimization objective,which can achieve lower material transportation costs and has the ability to handle transportation obstacles and path interference issues.The results showed that after optimization,the average material transportation cost was reduced by 18.1%,with a maximum reduction of 10.5%and a maximum reduction of 97.5%in cross interference points.This indicated that the method proposed in this article was effective in the layout of the original bamboo primary processing production line.
