机关党建与业务工作深度融合是高职院校提升基层党建科学化水平、提高教育教学质量的内在要求,也是新时代下全面从严治党的重要抓手。以党建与业务工作融合的基本内涵为切入点,分析当前党建与业务工作融合存在的问题,并从打造思想政治过硬、业务能力突出的党员干部队伍、建立健全机关党建与业务深度融合的长效机制两方面,提出了破解难题的对策,旨在为相关工作提供参考。

The deep integration of Party building in administrative department and professional work is an inherent requirement for higher vocational colleges to enhance the scientific level of grassroots Party building and improve the quality of education and teaching.It is also an important lever for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in the new era.The article takes the basic connotation of the integration of Party building and professional work as the starting point,analyzes the problems existing in the current integration of Party building and professional work,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems from two aspects,building a team of Party members and cadres with strong ideological and political skills and outstanding professional work abilities,and establishing and improving a long-term mechanism for the deep integration of Party building in administrative department and professional work,aiming to provide reference for relevant works.
