摘要
高等工程教育的发展进入了新时代,为适应经济与社会更加多样化的需求,法国工程师学校积极推动卓越工程师的培育。为保障产教两端权利与义务的履行及核心诉求的实现,法国聚焦卓越人才培育的目标机制,推动人才链与产业链衔接的运行机制,推行多维共济的保障机制,形成质量监控的反馈机制,为卓越工程师的培育保驾护航。通过创建产教融合式学科专业、构筑产教融合特色课程体系、运用多样化项目培育、打造高水平“双师”队伍等路径全面重构卓越工程师的培育体系。借鉴法国卓越工程师培育的实践经验,我国工程技术人才的培育应从设定清晰的人才培育目标,提供牢固的政策与资金支撑,强化多元主体共同参与,创建特色化的实践课程等方面加强发展。
The development of higher engineering education has entered a new era.To adapt to th the economy's and society's more diversified needs,French engineering schools actively promote the cultivation of outstanding engineers.In order to guarantee the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of both industry and education and the realization of the core demands,France focuses on the target mechanism for the cultivation of outstanding talents,promotes the operation mechanism for the convergence of the talent chain and the industrial chain,implements the multi-dimensional guarantee mechanism,and forms the feedback mechanism for quality monitoring,so as to escort the cultivation of outstanding engineers.The cultivation system for outstanding engineers is comprehensively reconstructed through the creation of integration between industry and education disciplines and specialties,the construction of integration between industry and education featured curriculum system,the use of diversified project cultivation,and the creation of a high-level dual-teacher team,and other paths.Drawing on the practical experience of France's cultivation of outstanding engineers,the cultivation of engineering talents in China should be strengthened by setting clear objectives for talent cultivation,providing solid policy and financial support,enhancing the joint participation of multiple subjects,and creating characteristic practical courses.
