成渝地区双城经济圈高等教育资源现状、问题和对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Higher Education Resources in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

为考察成渝地区双城经济圈高等教育资源现状和问题,以成渝地区16个地级及以上城市为对象,从高校数量和质量角度分析了成渝地区高等教育资源分布现状,并从高等教育整体规模、优质高等教育资源、高等教育资源区域分布和城市教育基础等方面探讨了成渝地区高等教育资源存在的问题及其原因。研究发现:在高等教育整体规模和优质高等资源方面,成渝地区双城经济圈不仅与长三角和京津冀等国内发达地区存在明显差距,同时其主要指标均低于全国平均水平,形成了高等教育“洼地”;在高等教育资源内部分布方面,成渝地区双城经济圈高校资源呈现向成渝“双核”高度集中的状态,相当一部分城市教育基础薄弱,高等教育资源相对匮乏。因此,未来成渝地区双城经济圈应通过强化区域合作、优化空间布局、夯实人才培养、加强国际合作等途径优化资源分布,促进区域高等教育高质量发展。

To characterize the situation and problems of higher education resources in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,the distribution of higher education resources is analyzed from the perspective of the quantity and quality of colleges and universities,and the existing problems and reasons of higher education resources in Chengdu-Chongqing region are discussed from the aspects of the overall scale of higher education,high-quality higher education resources,regional distribution of higher education resources and urban education foundation.The results show that in terms of the overall scale and high-quality higher education resources,Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle not only has a significant gap with developed regions such as the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions,but also its main indicators are lower than the national average,forming a“depression”in higher education.In terms of internal distribution of higher education resources,the university resources in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle show a status of highly centralization toward the dual cores of Chengdu and Chongqing.Therefore,in the future,Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle should optimize the resource distribution by strengthening regional cooperation,optimizing spatial layout,consolidating talent cultivation,and strengthening international cooperation,so as to promote the development of regional higher education.
