基于硅钢叠铁心方形铁心轭结构能效变压器的设计和结构研究

摘要 变压器制造材料主要由铁心、绕组、变压器油以及钢板等组成。现有变压器制造企业的硅钢叠铁心变压器的铁心柱和铁心轭均采用类圆形(圆形、长圆形、椭圆形)结构,制造材料成本较高。因此,提出一种基于硅钢叠铁心方形铁心轭结构能效变压器的设计和结构研究方案,即增大铁心轭的截面,减小铁心柱的截面,减少绕组所用铜线的长度,减小绕组所用铜线的截面积,达到在变压器各种性能指标及制造企业制造工艺相同的情况下降低制造企业变压器制造材料成本的目的。在不改变绕组结构的基础上,通过硅钢叠铁心方形铁心轭结构能效变压器的结构研究,大幅增强变压器的抗轴向短路能力,以增强变压器制造企业的市场竞争力,提升变压器产品的运行稳定性。 The manufacturing materials of transformers mainly consist of iron cores,windings,transformer oil,steel plates,etc.The iron core columns and yokes of silicon steel stacked iron core transformers in existing transformer manufacturing enterprises all adopt a quasi circular(circular,elongated,elliptical)structure.The manufacturing material cost of transformers using the above structural scheme is relatively high.In view of this,this article proposes a design and structural research scheme for an energy efficiency transformer based on a silicon steel stacked iron core square iron core yoke structure.By increasing the cross-sectional area of the iron core yoke,reducing the cross-sectional area of the iron core column,reducing the length of copper wires used in the winding.and reducing the cross-sectional area product of copper wires used in the winding,the design and structural research scheme can achieve the same performance indicators of the transformer and manufacturing processes of the manufacturing enterprise.Reduce the cost of transformer manufacturing materials for manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,without changing the winding structure,through the research on the structure of silicon steel stacked iron core square iron core yoke energy efficiency transformers,the ability of transformers to resist axial short circuits is greatly improved,effectively enhancing the market competitiveness of transformer manufacturing enterprises and the operational stability of transformer products.
