摘要
为满足新能源汽车零件内部的气密性和质量要求,推动车型轻量化发展,在电驱动壳体制造中可以运用高压铸造工艺保证产品性能,满足新能源汽车电驱动壳体结构复杂、内部质量要求高的生产需求。文章围绕新能源汽车电驱动壳体压铸工艺在生产成本、生产效率和生产精度中的优势特点,分析该工艺系统中不同要素的重要作用,阐述其设计过程和设计要点,以供相关人员参考借鉴。
In order to meet the internal air tightness and quality requirements of new energy vehicle parts and promote the lightweight development of models,the high-pressure casting process can be used in the manufacturing of electric drive shell to make the product performance more perfect technical guarantee,and meet the production needs of complex structure and high internal quality requirements of new energy vehicle electric drive shell,This paper focuses on the advantages and characteristics of the new energy vehicle electric drive shell die-casting process in the production cost,production efficiency and production accuracy,analyzes the important role of different elements in the process system,and expounds its design process and design points for reference by relevant personnel.
