智能化工作面乳化液泵变频控制装置的技术研究及应用

Technical Research and Application of Variable Frequency Control Device for Intelligent Chemical Surface Emulsion Pump

文章简述了智能化工作面全数字高性能防爆变频器的应用概况,分析了乳化液泵存在的能耗高、噪声大、设备故障率高等问题,并提出工作面乳化液泵使用变频控制的方案。乳化液泵站通过网络通信实时采集运行数据,实现运行参数的远程控制。实践应用后,该方案有效实现了乳化液泵智能控制的恒压供液,在短时间内将压强增加至规定值,达到节能、降噪、减少设备维修的效果,保证了工作面的正常生产。

This paper briefly introduces the application of intelligent working face full digital high performance explosion-proof inverter,analyzes the problems of high energy consumption,high noise and high equipment failure rate of emulsion pump,and puts forward the scheme of using frequency conversion control for emulsion pump.The emulsion pumping station collects real-time operation data through network communication to realize remote control of operation parameters.After practical application,the scheme effectively realizes the constant pressure of emulsion pump intelligent control,increases the pressure to the specified value in a short time,achieves the effect of energy saving,noise reduction,equipment maintenance reduction,and ensures the normal production of the working surface.
