智能视觉测量系统在动车组内装件尺寸检测中的应用

摘要 随着轨道交通装备技术的快速发展和时代的不断进步,人们对出行的舒适性提出了更高要求。轨道交通装备制造行业要想充分满足人们的出行需求,就要提高动车组的舒适性。基于此,介绍一种智能视觉测量系统,并将该系统应用到动车组内装异形件入库尺寸检测中,不仅提升了内装不规则零件关键尺寸检测的准确性,减轻了检查人员的劳动强度,同时对智能化质量检测的发展具有一定的促进作用。 With the rapid development of rail transit equipment and technology and the continuous progress of The Times,people have also put forward higher requirements for the comfort of travel.If the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry wants to fully meet people's travel needs,it is necessary to improve the comfort of electric multiple units.Based on this,an intelligent vision measurement system is introduced in this paper,and the system is applied to the storage dimension detection of the irregular parts inside the electric multiple units,which improves the accuracy of the key dimension detection of the irregular parts inside,reduces the labor intensity of the inspectors,and promotes the development of intelligent quality detection to a certain extent.
